I am an advocate for open and reproducible science and software. You can find the code and the data from most of my publications in my Github repo or in a public archive like Zenodo or Figshare. I also aim to provide tutorials and code snippets for simple epidemiological models in R and Julia. Because let’s be honest, we all learn by copying someone else’s code.
